WARRANTY

We offer a one-year warranty on the motor and accessory parts. Here is a link to our Warranty Statement.

All warranty enquiries should be directed to info@gustoglobalindustries.com. Each will be dealt with individually to ensure an appropriate solution is found. Information is also provided in the manual booklet inside the product box. 

Each warranty claim is assessed individually. When your claim is received, the Gusto team will investigate your case to determine if the product is faulty and / or confirm that your device was installed correctly by either one our listed Service Agents or a licenced tradesperson or installer. A receipt for installation is required when making a claim. When all of the checks have been completed, we will advise you of the outcome. If we deem your device to be faulty, a replacement product will be provided.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Yes. Our prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST tax. We accept payment for goods via PayPal. Shipping is calculated at check out.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-7 business days of placing your order. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. For larger orders, we may use a specialised courier service. Courier and post delivery times vary, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, so we recommend you allow plenty of time for your order to reach you, particularly if you live in regional areas. If you need an item urgently, please opt for Express Post at the checkout.

If you are not at home to accept your delivery, then a card may be left, and your parcel will be available for collection from the nearest collection point. If you would like the courier to leave your package without signing, please leave this instruction at checkout. If you choose to have an order left without a signature, Gusto Global Industries Pty Ltd is not liable for any missing or damaged items.

At present, we are only delivering to Australian addresses however, we have plans to roll Gusto out in NZ in 2022 and offer our products in various countries in late 2022.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days, unless your product is deemed faulty. Should you need to return your product, please email info@gustoglobalindustries.com to receive a Returns Form. You must complete and return the form within 30 days of receipt. The Gusto Team will review your Returns Form and contact you to advise next steps. If your product is deemed faulty, we will issue you a replacement product. We do not offer returns for change of mind. If your package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

PRODUCT

Your Gusto device needs to be installed by a licenced and trusted tradesperson / installer. To ensure your product remains under warranty, you need to keep your receipt of instal.

Gusto recommends you use a licenced tradesperson / installer. We do not recommend self-installation. 

Accessories can be purchased individually through our online shop.

WHOLESALE

Business’ interested in wholesale opportunities should email info@gustoglobalindustries.com to receive a Wholesale Application Form. The form will be reviewed and you will be advised of the outcome of your application within 5 business days.
